Chef Drewno will also honor the New Year’s tradition of dumpling making by offering a how-to class on Saturday, February 1 from 11 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Priced at $75 per person (exclusive of tax and tip), guests will begin the class with a complimentary glass of the celebratory punch, The Clydesdale, followed by a guided dumpling demonstration.  Head Bartender Woong Chang will teach guests to make The Source’s signature Chinese New Year punch, after which guests will enjoy a dumpling dim sum brunch.
