On Monday, February 10 at 7 p.m., The Source will transform its dining room into a Night Market, replicating the atmosphere of a Chinese street food market for one night only. Five live action stations will be set up around the dining room serving traditional dishes symbolizing luck and prosperity, such as noodles, crescent-shaped dumplings and skewers. Guests will enjoy a special menu designed for the evening, with the first course inviting guests to peruse the “stalls” for food. Priced at $95 per person (excluding tax and gratuity) there will be limited seats available for this special dinner experience.
